Paintings based on Sacred Geometry

The shapes of the sacred Geometry solids are the building blocks of the universe. I have always liked geometry and working with shapes. Upon seeing the images of crop circles, I was inspired to make paintings using the sacred geometry shapes. I did not want to make Mandelas but to move the shapes in relationship to the fibonacci series and golden mean ratios. First I work the design out on graft paper with a pencil, commas and ruler. Then transfer to a canvas. The colors and values come slowly with repeated changes until it looks right.
