Every summer I plant a vegetable garden. My favorite vegetables to paint are the cabbages and squash. I watch them grow and paint them in all their stages of growth. The weeds and other plants that grow beside each other add color variations and textures. I have painted every part of the garden and find it's abundance and beauty an unending subject to paint.
